Welcome to the Minnesota Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association.
MISOA is dedicated to serving various Men's and Women's collegiate soccer programs in Minnesota. It's clients consist of NCAA Division's Two and Three, NAIA, and NJCAA institutions. MISOA's membership consists of many of the top officials from Minnesota and North Dakota.
The season is ready to get started for another year with the preseason clinics in April at Morris, Mankato and the U of M. We also announced the hiring of the MISOA Assignor. Glen Melmer and John Hagenstein will act as MISOA Co-Assignors with Glen handling the back end technology and John the main school and referee contact and handling the assignment and turn-back process. We will again be holding the August preseason field clinic on the second Saturday in August on the 14th. It will be held this year at St. Kate's in St. Paul and will start at 7:30 AM for the training run and 9:00 AM for the meeting. The second run will be held that day at 1:00 PM following the meeting.
