MISOA is dedicated to serving various Men’s and Women’s collegiate soccer programs in Minnesota, Wisconsin and the surrounding states. Clients consist of NCAA Divisions One, Two and Three, NAIA and NJCAA institutions. MISOA’s membership consists of the top officials from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota and North Dakota.
