Welcome to the Minnesota Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association.
(MISOA) is affiliated with the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA).

MISOA is dedicated to serving various Men's and Women's collegiate soccer programs in Minnesota. It's clients consist of NCAA Division's Two and Three, NAIA, and NJCAA institutions. MISOA's membership consists of many of the top officials from Minnesota and North Dakota.
